Generell:
Das von uns angebotenen PE-UHMW (ultrahochmolekulares Polyethylen), weist eine höhere Molmasse von ca. 9 Mio. g/ mol auf als im Vergleich normales PE (PE- HD) ca. 0,3 Mio. g/ mol.
Dadurch erreicht es höhere Werte für technisch wichtige Eigenschaften wie:

Es handelt sich hierbei um einen porösen Sinterkunststoff aus reinem PE-UHMW mit hoher Dichte. Über einen genau definierten und gesteuerten Sinterprozess werden PE-Granulate miteinander verschmolzen, so daß stabile Körper unterschiedlicher Form entstehen. Über die Granulatauswahl und die Wahl der Prozessparameter kann gezielt Einfluss auf die Porengröße der porösen Sinterelemente genommen werden.
Material mit hoher Dichte und standardgemäß mit hydrophoben Eigenschaften.

Information (english) PE UHMW
Ultra-high molecular, low pressure polyethylene has a medium molar mass of approx. 9 mio. g/mol. The semifinished and finished products made of this resin by compression moulding or
RAM extrusion are used for a variety of applications from chain and belt guides and pump components through to silo lining. Special features of PE-UHMW include high impact strength and high resistance against abrasion combined with very good sliding properties. The general properties of these resin materials can be modified by using additives and applying certain processes.

PE-UHMW POROUS- FINISHED PRODUCTS
For the sinterplastic, we only use 100% PE-UHMW. During the sinterprocess, the PE- rasins are meltet to items according to your drawings. Different sizes of the PE-rasins, will give the result of items with different porousity.
